We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
PLEASE NOTE THAT EACH AND EVERY PRODUCT IS THOROUGHLY CHECKED FOR DAMAGE BY OUR TEAM BEFORE DELIVERY.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS. ONLY EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT IS POSSIBLE.
We do not offer refunds or exchange in case of slight colour variations.
A 5 to 10 % colour variation can happen which will vary from brand to brand depending upon one’s mobile settings or computer device. This is to be considered normal and not a reason for return. However we try our best to showcase each and every product in its original colour.
Most of our products are handcrafted and therefore minor differences in detailing are inevitable.
Slight irregularities in prints and weaves cannot be considered as defects. Part of the beauty of hand-crafted textiles lies in these small differences.
No guarantee is given on colour fastness.
Some natural dyes like indigo will bleed during the first wash as will certain handloom fabrics like ikat or cotton. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges in such cases.
Handmade textiles, embroidery and zari deserve special care to retain their beauty and strength.
Please read our wash care instructions before using the garment.
Damage caused by employing wrong methods of wash and care will not be considered as reasons for exchange or refund.
IN CASE :
• You have received a wrong product
that is if the size or the colour received is different from your selection, kindly send us an email with your order details and photos of the product within 24 hours from the date of receipt of shipment stating the return reason and selecting the item you wish to return in your order. Our team will verify the details, and will email or contact you for the necessary action. Please note any email received after the 24 hour frame will not be accepted.
• In an unlikely event you received a product that is damaged, such a complaint if reported within 24 hours of having received the parcel and on the basis of a 360° parcel opening video which is COMPULSORY will an action be taken from our end. Without a proper unboxing video a customer cannot request for an exchange or store credit.
• An exchange request must be made within a 24 hour time frame. Any request placed later will not be accepted.
• In such cases we will arrange for pickup and please ensure that all tags are intact and neatly returned. Once the product reaches the warehouse, upon inspection and if satisfactory, an exchange or store credit will be issued.
• As a policy, we do not offer refunds on products where products returned are damaged, tampered, used or washed.
Eligibility for exchange is possible only if the product returned is in perfect condition with the bill and price tags intact.
